Terms and Conditions
The operator reserves the right to substitute the vessel and/or change the day’s itinerary or snorkel site without notice. Cruises can be cancelled at the operator’s discretion taking into account and not limited to weather conditions on the day. If the operator cancels a transfer date will be offered or a refund to the value of the ticket price will be provided (any online booking fees and bank fees will not be refunded).
Customer cancellations will incur a 100% loss of fare if less than 3 working days prior to the departure date.
Customers may request a date change or cancellation (refund) more than 3 working days prior to departure without penalty, however date changes are subject to availability so requests are not guaranteed. Date changes need to be booked within a year of the original booking date.
Prices are subject to change without notice. Supercat is a Licensed vessel, NO BYO alcohol allowed. Eftpos and cash accepted onboard. This is a non-smoking vessel.
Dolphin Wild Island Cruises does not swim with the dolphins. Swimming with wild dolphins is not permitted under the Queensland Department of Environment Conservation and Management of whales and dolphins.
Dolphin Wild’s marine animal sightings are 95% all year round but please remember our animals are wild so we cannot guarantee sightings.
Snorkeling
Snorkeling is included in ticket prices. The master of the vessel determines the suitability of snorkeling based on medical and fitness information and the day’s weather and tidal conditions. Snorkeling is contingent on participants signing a medical declaration and waiver.
Participants in the snorkelling tour MUST be competent swimmers.
Snorkeling is a potentially hazardous activities which may result in loss or damage to property, serious injury, illness or death.
Participants are advised to make their own insurance provisions in case of unforeseen circumstance3
